How do I purchase Pacific Valley Dairy products?

Purchasing Pacific Dairy Products is easy! Just contact us now and our friendly and experienced sales associates will gladly guide you through the online ordering process:

How ARe your products shipped?

Pacific Valley Dairy ships to anywhere in the country. Our fleet delivers directly to customers in a 500-mile radius of St. Louis, Missouri, and runs special routes to Miami and Texas. If you're not on one of our fleet routes, your products will be shipped using one of our quality carriers. So you can rest assured that they'll always arrive on time - and in perfect condition.

Do you provide equipment?

Pacific Valley Dairy manufactures a complete line of dairy mix products. We do not manufacture, sell or distribute equipment. However, we are happy to provide you with a list of the major soft-serve equipment suppliers in the country:

What does UHT mean?

UHT (Ultra High Temperature) pasteurization is a process that provides the highest quality mix products for the longest period of time. UHT is simply a high temperature sterilization procedure. It is not a chemical process and is accomplished without the use of additives. Most of our mixes, with the exception of frozen yogurt, are UHT processed. 

What does "live and active cultures" mean?

Live and active cultures, also known as probiotics, refer to living organisms in yogurt that, when consumed, support the body's digestive and immune system health. Our YoMazing™ frozen yogurt mixes contain the following cultures: 

• S. thermophilus
• L. delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
• L. acidophilus
• bifidobacterium

Are your products Kosher certified?

Yes, all mixes manufactured at Pacific Valley Dairy are Kosher certified by Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis.
