At Pacific Valley Dairy, we’re very proud of our new plant. And for good reason. From the ground up, it’s designed and built on the latest technology for digital manufacturing. Our processes require virtually no manual intervention, so there’s no human error. This means repeatability on each batch and blend we produce.

Our plant is also a certified Kosher facility.

We’re dedicated to delivering the freshest, most efficient products possible. In addition to HTST, we’ve constructed the only Ultra High Temperature (UHT) plant dedicated solely to the production of mix. We don’t produce milk, cream, cheese or any other consumable pasteurized product. Just mix. This enables us to extend shelf life to 60 days without freezing - without altering our flavor. For easier shipping, even cross-country. More storage flexibility at our customers’ locations. And delicious treats, every time.
